East Kilbride Athletic Club - Running Club located in Scotland

Dear All I am now in a position to confirm that this years AGM for the South Lanarkshire Athletics Partnership will take place in Larkhall Leisure Centre on 30 September, starting at 6.30pm. The AGM is open to all interested parties and will be followed by an open meeting to discuss the way forward for SLAP. During this meeting I would like to run through a few projects that we could implement to help the clubs and coaches, but I would ask that as many coaches/ parents and volunteers as possible attend as we need your input to enable us to drive things forward inline with your plans. I have attached the agenda for the meeting with a couple of topics under AOCB. Please forward this info to as many volunteers within your club to ensure they know what is happening. The meeting will take place at Larkhall Leisure Centre (to be confirmed), starting at 6.30pm on Wednesday 30 September. I have changed the day to try and encourage new volunteers to attend and take part in SLAP activities. This AGM is open to all interested parties involved in athletics within South Lanarkshire and I would encourage members from your clubs and associations to attend. Once all AGM business has been dealt with, I would like to have an open discussion about competition, ICG 2011, development groups and camps. This meeting will have an agenda and will be sent prior to the meeting to ensure that we stay on task during the meeting.
